Return Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind including any products purchased during shipping. If you have issues with your order, please email us at info@reflectingriches.com and we will let you know your options. 

We take great pride in creating premium, high-quality products and individually screen each product that arrives at our office. If you come across a manufacturing error or find an issue with your product, contact us at info@reflectingriches.com with images and a description of the problem and we will work to rectify this immediately. 

We use lightweight and strong padded envelopes to send our products. If your order was damaged in transit please email us at info@reflectingriches.com

All products cannot be refunded if lost, damaged or stolen. 

Items sent back to us without first sending an enquiry will not be accepted.

You must provide your original order number as proof of purchase along with a clear video or photo proof of use. We will then return your money back no questions asked if the above criteria is met. This guarantee is only valid for the Reflecting Riches Framework and Box and does NOT apply when bought using a gift card code, promotion or sale. To utilize this guarantee, await for approval after following the above conditions before sending your package back, as we do not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team. 

Refunds accepted under the above terms will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package. You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if your refund is accepted. 

This Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee does NOT apply for the Reflecting Riches Keychain, the Reflecting Riches Box, and any items on sale or bought with a gift card or a promotion code. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us at info@reflectingriches.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as we will not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
